Im 6 feet tall and a 140 pounds. I’ve been working out evry other day for almost a year now but i have no gained a single pound nor have i got any bigger. Its very annoying.
What muscle supplements would be ideal for my problem? i know the supplements isnt the only thing i need, but i have a good workout program and just need an extra boost. thanks!
Okay, first off, you shouldn’t work out everyday. The strain on your muscles is going to become too much and you’re going to hurt yourself. Unless, of course, you work out something different everyday (like legs one day, arms the next, etc.). I like to use something called "protein". You can find them basically anywhere. What I WOULDN’T EVER SUGGEST is steroids. It’s not worth it.

Im 18 years old and I been lifting weights and doing cardio for about 5 years now. I played 4 sports in highschool. So I understand the dedication of working out and fast results don’t come. But I want to get ripped and increase my muscle mass rapidly. I really don’t want to go the steroid route. So I was wondering what supplements out there are the best to take to increase my rippedness, muscle mass and strength.
I would highly suggest starting with a Creatine and Beta-Alanine supplement. These two supplements combined can create tremendous results in the gym.
I say this assuming you are already taking a protein supplement such as ON Whey or Muscle Milk and that your diet is close to perfect for your intended goal.
Beyond Creatine, Beta-Alanine and Protein there is not much else that will increase your muscle mass. Any type of NO (Nitric-Oxide) supplement will simply dilate your blood vessels to increase the amount of nutrients your muscles are receiving.
I would stay away from Creatine Monohydrate if your looking to get ripped as it does cause bloating. I would go with a solid CEE product such as Controlled Labs Green-Bulge or if you have some money to spend look into Size-On which is one of the best Creatine Supplements on the market.
As for Beta-Alanine, it will increase your endurance in the gym leading to more reps and more muscle breakdown which is exactly what you want. Try Athletic Edge Nutrition’s IntraXCell. This is the best Beta-Alanine supplement that I have come across.

When you turn 21 and you have not achieved your desired results I would recommend looking into a halodrol clone if they are still around.
Best

I have been on the nitrotech program taking Nitrotech muscle supplement shakes and the NaNo Vapor pre workout drink.
Just recentely i have been enduring random muslce cramps and i would like to know if the cramps are a side affect from tacking these supplements?
you are getting too much protein and not drinking enough water. you also need to increase bananas/potassium. your body can only process so much protein and it can damage your kidneys if you are not careful

We are in a league and we made a trade that I thought was fair, as did he…
He traded:
Jay Cutler & DeSean Jackson
for
Matt Schaub (I start Rothiesberger) & Derrick Mason
There isn’t a huge difference between Schaub and Cutler on a pts per game basis so far. I wouldn’t expect this to change significantly the rest of the way. Roethlisberger is actually slightly behind the other two, but it’s close. One advantage for Cutler is that he’s playing this week. DeSaun Jackson is outperforming Mason so far by a couple of points per game. This looks like a pretty even deal. If you were both happy with it at the time, don’t worry about it – it isn’t close to a rip-off.

I was curious for a guess on how long it will take me (and if I am doing anything wrong) to get ripped; although "ripped" on the light side. By than I mean not very massive arms, and a chest that still allows me to rotate my arms 180 degrees: well defined but still strong.
I am 17, 5′11” and 160 lbs, (I’m able to gram a little wad of fat on my stomach) I am a vegetarian but I have absolutely no lack of correctly proportioned proteins. I have the discipline to never eat unhealthy foods.
I lift 6 days a week and rest on Sunday.
One day I work on my biceps, and chest, and the next, my back, shoulders, and triceps (I don’t need any work on my legs).
I also run 7.5 miles every other morning before eating breakfast in less than an hour. And the other mornings, I bike 15 miles in the same amount of time. (I have a good cardiovascular endurance: I can run a 5:15 mile)
I have good genes: my older SISTER has hard muscles, and I had large biceps even before I ever worked out
Does anyone know
work on your abd more than anything else. Stop the biceps and continue with the triceps. I think you are on steroids as I can do only a 7:24 mile.

i run 2 miles a day. and i am not fat but like not the fittest……i need to really get back to old fit times…
If your body is ready to run, meaning your knees and joints are able to handle your current rate (and you have your doctor’s ok), go for it.
You might want to find a progressive training program like the pre-basic training Navy SEALs program, as it sounds like you’d like to get really fit.
If your body demands that you need to lose weight first, consider P90X — That’ll get you some results quickly! Or at the very least, read Tom Venuto’s "Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle" for real fitness and nutrition intelligence and long term "rippedness" .
Then when your body is able to support your weight comfortably over the distance and duration, you can start a program of walking/ jogging and gradually building to regular running.
I guarantee you that if you start your running program today without a goal, you’ll either burnout after a month or quickly get distracted and ask the same question next year.
But as a means of getting ripped, nothing beats running, especially interval running (Think of all the ripped sprinters there are out there.)
Time to do some homework.
Best of luck.

I just got the two trial bottles today and was wondering how long it takes to start seeing results, and I work out usually 7 days a week.
They are a waste of money and don’t work.
Many people have been scammed out of a lot of money by the so called "free trials" then they come here asking for help to get their money back.
All you need to lose weight is a good healthy diet and exercise, so keep on working out and you will get results without pills

well i want to use supplements to help build my body, muscle might, and acai force max, im 16 and well get me body more toned so i wonder if there’s like a down side to this? is it bad? please help!
First off dont listen to this Jeff dude… Supplements are for supplementing food products to get the raw nutrients and none of the carbs, fat, and toxins that are in foods. I.E you can take a potassium supplement in place of eating a banana (which is packed full of sugars) AND JEFF what do you think a steroid is? a steroid is an oil based testosterone (AKA a testosterone supplement) I have used muscle might and love it, works great, can see my abs again and i only work out about 2-3 times during the week (1 hours sessions)Supplements are great base to go one but do not abuse them and do your research. View the source i give… Forbes, CNN, Fitness Weekly, ABC and USA Today give reviews of this product. Also the cast of 300 used the two supplements in conjunction.

I need to know please
Dont come with smart remarks either
I’ve been ripped before and know what it takes. I’m a little out of shape right now and am going to try this stuff. I’ll get back to you and let you know if I think it makes any difference. It’ll probably take me 2 months.
