No way, well depends. For you’re abs/pecs you need that diet at the 90/10 for definition and tone. For arms its purely weights, low weights at high reps for definition, high weight at low reps for strength.

Run 5 miles …
Run 5 miles everyday before you eat anything and then eat 200g of fish every two hours along with this video and general free weights for one hour with low reps at maximum failure. As long as you burn more calories than you eat you will lose body fat but cardio such as this, running and rowing machine etc is essential. You need a lot of time though to get really ripped skipping is also good.

Actually no. By doing that, you will get some definition in your muscles, it you want alot more definition, you’d have to eat healthy. Trust me, getting muscle definition isn’t all about the workout, it’s about the diet. I’d say it’s 90% diet, and 10% working out.

You’ll burn some …
You’ll burn some fat doing that, but you’ll never be ripped. You have to do cardio in conjunction with some kind of weight regimen, depending on your build and genetics if you want to actually see defined musculature and striations.
