How to gain and build muscle?

I’m 16 about 125-130lbs and I want to gain weight but then turn it into muscle. I have Ab muscle and its cut already just a very thin layer of fat. So what can I do?
Oh im also 5,10

You don’t turn weight into muscle, you gain weight as you gain mussel. Eat a lot of protein and start a good weight lifting routine.

    just lift wieghts at least 2 to 3 times a week iwent from like 150 to 160 in 2 to 3 weeks maybe more i dont remember also im 15 and 6ft
