no im not wrong and …
no im not wrong and yes i do know about what your mucles look like depending on genetics OH and you missed out thickness of skin and bone density DUMBASS.
creatin pushes water into your musles causeing them to look dense THEN on top of that your body will keep water stored through its own way of keeping you hydrated, people on creatin take as much water as they can.
WHY DO U THINK PRO BODY BUILDERS DONT DRINK WATER AFTER 7 OR why do boxers need sweat suits IDIOT

you are …
^^^^^^
you are wrong. He has only too much bodyfat. its impossible to see creatin with eyes.
the kind how mucles look depends on the genetic.
protein shakes or tes. poster or viamins and minerals are wasted money. you get enough vitamins and minerals from a good bodybuilding nutrition.
creatin is the only supplement which “helps”, but i heard some strong storys about health problems by using creatin.

creatine …
creatine monohydrate is very basic, it doesnt work for some people, and it has been known to make people get bloated because it doesnt absorb so well. however, its very cheap and for most people works great. celltech is a combo of fancier forms of creatine so it probably absorbs better and will yield better results, but celltech is much much more expensive

Not really. From …
Not really. From what research and forum threads I have read through in the past couple of weeks, is pretty much: Do not ever! take creatine with orange juice! Very simply it negates the positive effects due to it’s acidity. like bodybuildingsa said, the acidity will turn the creatine into creatinine.

actually insulin …
actually insulin REDUCES your blood sugar by increasing glycolysis and lipogenesis. In other words, it takes free glucose from your blood and stores it as glycogen and fat. Not sure how that could be beneficial

mostly you want to do this first thing upon awaking and first thing after your workout stacked with some whey protein, the spiking raises your blood sugar and drives the fast digesting whey into your muscles much faster
